How the programme flows

  1. Introductions and first principles

    We start by getting to know the group and the basics of infant massage.

  2. Learning the strokes, area by area

    We work through the techniques step by step, one area at a time.

  3. Practice by the parent

    Each parent works with their own baby, with guidance alongside.

  4. Talking through your baby's cues

    We discuss crying, signals and what your baby is asking for.

  5. Recap and completion

    We close the cycle with a recap and your certificate of attendance.
